This page explains what we keep when you contact us about a project, why we retain it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you send a message or inquiry about a dock, boat pier or marina project, we keep what you write: your name, email address and details of your request.
The site also records ordinary technical information, such as your browser type and pages visited, so we can ensure the platform runs smoothly and securely.
Conversation logs and booking inquiries are kept while active and for a reasonable time after. Records linked to a mooring reservation or service are retained longer, as we may need to reference them for maintenance or seasonal scheduling.
We do not sell details about boat owners or visitors. Information is shared only with the services that help us run the marina—slip operators, fuel suppliers, repair contractors—and only what they need to do their work.
Access to booking and payment systems is limited to staff who need it, and all data sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what records we hold about your boat or visits, to correct them, or to have them removed. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.
The site uses a small number of cookies to track weather alerts, tide times, and your saved preferences. Which ones, and how to switch them off, is explained separately.
When anything here changes we update this page and note the date above.
