These terms cover use of this site and any mooring, slip rental, launch service or boat repair ordered through it. Using the site means you accept them.
You are welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own use. Please do not copy them for resale or present the information here as your own.
A request sent through the site is an inquiry, not a binding agreement. A mooring or slip rental is confirmed once we have agreed the berth, the rate, and the term in writing.
We take a limited number of seasonal moorings and boat slips. If we cannot accommodate a vessel safely, or cannot reserve the right berth for your timeline, we will say so rather than oversell.
Rates are confirmed before any mooring is reserved, and a deposit is usually agreed at booking. The balance falls due before the season begins or the slip is activated.
Our wooden docks and boat piers show natural weathering and character that photographs cannot capture exactly. Grain variation, patina, and the marks of wind and water are part of their appeal, not defects.
We prepare each boat launch and maintain every dock section ourselves, and everything is ready once it is properly inspected and sealed. If damage occurs during a launch or while moored here, tell us within a few days and we will repair it or make it right.
A custom mooring or private dock space made to your own specifications cannot be cancelled unless there is a safety fault, since it was arranged for you alone.

We guarantee the craftsmanship of every boat and dock we build. We'll repair or replace anything that fails due to our work. We're not responsible for damage from weathering, rough use, or accident.
When anything here changes we update this page and note the date above.
